This limited-release Gesha from Fazenda Santuário Sul comes from Carmo de Minas, Minas Gerais, where producer Luiz Paulo Dias Pereira Filho has built an experimental farm around unusual varieties and progressive specialty-coffee production. The farm grows more than 30 coffee varieties, including Gesha, and has become known for coffees that push beyond the more familiar Brazilian cup profile.
