The coffee comes from Quebraditas Coffee Farm, a family specialty-coffee project in Oporapa led by Edinson Argote and Angela Rojas. The farm sits within Colombia’s coffee-growing Macizo region and specialises in carefully managed microlots, controlled fermentation and experimental processing.
