1. Where are your coffee from?
We collect green bean coffee mainly from our own family plantation or co-operative farmers in Sumatra, East Java and Bali. Additionally, we also work together with selected partners to provide specialty coffee from different parts of the globe.
We are committed in conventional, Fair Trade, USDA Organic, and Rain Forest Alliance Certified Green Bean Sumatra Coffee.
2. How should I keep my coffee?
First thing first, you have to avoid water, humidity/moisture, heat, and excessive light.
You can maintain the freshness of your coffee beans by keeping them in a dry and air-tight container within room temperature. There are air-tight bean canisters made specifically for coffee beans with the function to pump oxygen out through a one-way valve, which helps coffee beans to stay fresh but we always recommend to avoid clear canisters that might allow excessive light to compromise the taste of your coffee.
3. How long can I keep my coffee?
While there is no defined expiration date or shelf-life, we highly recommend to consume the roasted coffee beans within a month after the roast date which will be indicated on the packaging when you buy the coffee. Otherwise, the coffee will stale if they are kept for too long and it can be identified when the flavor notes are absent and taste “flat”, while the flavors of our roasted coffee beans will be at the peak in between 10-14* days post-roast date.

4. What is the expected shipping time if I buy the coffee online?
For the time being, our regular roasting schedule is every Saturday on a weekly basis and the cut-off timing to confirm an order is by Thursday. If by any chance you miss the cut-off timing, your coffee will be roasted on the next batch or the following Saturday.
We definitely aim to deliver your beans as soon as possible and will not be more than 10* days post-roast date.

5. What happens if I do not receive my package?
In the event that an item is lost or undelivered due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us with your order number and the condition of the item and we will get back to you as soon as possible to arrange the viable alternatives.
6. Refund, exchange and cancellation policies.
Unfortunately, we do not allow product exchange for coffee orders. Also, we are unable to cancel and refund your order if the incorrect shipping address was provided during the purchase.
Any damage due to shipping will be covered in the delivery courier's T&Cs.
